A world filled with wonderful detail and cute characters- this is going to be great!
I'm definitly seeing the Prince Valiant influence with the way you did the text. I normally dislike text-heavy comics, but your wording is so rich and appealing, like a well wrote novel, that in this case I'm really enjoying it.
The building in the large panel on the left just knocks me out, I LOVE it!

So...the "elves" in your world sport animal features? Neat concept. I also like that you hint at the past, it adds interest, because now I want to know what happened. :/

Ah, I used to think it was a neat concept... ^^; but it was back when I was 13 years old and living in Argentina, and honestly believed that no one had thought of this before. But I don't think it's an original idea anymore!

You know me, I'm an obsessive crosshatcher/texturer. =p
